Reviews and Ratings
The hotel seemed rundown with dirty walls and in need of refurbishment long ago. The bedding configuration was not as expected, and there was a lack of notice when items were unavailable. However, the hotel staff were attentive and accommodating, especially in the Steakhouse, and the location was convenient for shopping and exploring Townsville. The dining experience was positive with friendly staff, but there were some disturbances by external noises.
The hotel offers spacious rooms close to shops and entertainment venues. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean with fresh towels provided daily. The staff is nice and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay.
The hotel offers clean and affordable rooms with a large bathroom. The service was efficient and friendly, with staff even willing to share a joke despite being busy. The location is great, with easy access to a nearby bus stop and close proximity to a hospital. The dining experience includes friendly staff and packaged products. However, the presence of smoke alarms going off at 3 am on the 3rd night was unsettling.
